Active Real Estate Investors – you like to buy, fix up and sell, rent out, or own property. We have assignable contracts, vacant land, short sale deals, lease options, rent to own, subject to deals, and skinny deals (100% financed deals) available. Most of the properties we email you about are Investor Specials, not MSL retail properties.Money Lender Investors – you like to loan money (either hard or soft) to us for a decent rate of return. No hammers to swing, just money to invest. We find the great deals, you help fund them, and we all help each other out.
You can choose between investing in rehab projects, second liens, first liens, and/or partnership real estate projects. We can offer short term (one week to 3 or 4 month time frames) or long term partnership arrangements if you like.
